1. Promoter

The promoter is Next Generation Swim Academy (ABN: 41664109246), located at 68 Darley Street, Mona Vale NSW.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences on 23 October 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 16 December 2025. The draw will take place on 17 December 2025.

3. Eligibility

• Entry is open to residents of New South Wales, Australia.

• Entrants must be:

  • Currently enrolled in swim lessons with Next Generation Swim Academy during the promotional period; and

  • Actively swimming, meaning they must have attended at least one swim lesson during the promotion period and still be enrolled at the draw date.

  • All families currently enrolled will automatically be entered into the draw.

• Entrants must be over 18 years of age

• Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its related entities, agencies, or any company associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter.
   

4. How to enter

• Eligible families will automatically receive one (1) entry per family into the draw when they are:

  • Enrolled and attending swim lessons at Next Generation Swim Academy during the promotional period.

• Only one entry per family is permitted, regardless of how many classes are attended.

5. Prizes

• Major Prize: One (1) x $1,000 Visa Gift Card.

• Runner-Up Prize: One (1) x $500 Visa Gift Card.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

6. Draw Details

• The draw will be conducted at Next Generation Swim Academy on 17 December 2025.

• Winners will be selected at random using a method that ensures fairness and compliance with NSW trade promotion requirements.
   

7. Winner Notification

• Winners will be notified via phone and/or email within 2 business days of the draw.
  Winners may also be announced via the Next Generation Swim Academy website and/or social media channels, by 20th December 2025.
   

8. Prize Claim

• Prizes must be claimed by 17 January 2026.

• If a prize is unclaimed by this date, the promoter may conduct a redraw.
   

9. Privacy

• By entering, participants consent to their personal information being used by the promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion.

• Personal details will be handled in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy, available on Simply Swim portal.
   

10. General

• The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

• This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winners.

• The Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the promotion or the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

• The Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms of, or cancel, the Competition at any time without liability to any entrant or other person, subject to applicable laws.
